With reference to the disclosure issued by the associate company ("Agility Public Warehousing Company K.S.C.P."), on 10 September 2026 regarding the claim for confirmation of the continuation of the contractual relationship under Contract No. 211 – Sulaibiya Expansion, the Court dismissed the appeal and upheld the judgment of the Court of First Instance, which ruled, in the counterclaim, that the allocation contract had terminated and ordered the Company to vacate the premises described in the statement of claim and the contract and hand them over to the Public Authority for Industry, vacant and free of persons and belongings. The Company was further ordered to pay KWD 2,458,767.123 for the period from 15 July 2019 to 30 September 2024, and KWD 43,150.680 per month from 1 October 2024 until the premises are fully vacated and handed over, in addition to the costs and KWD 50 as legal fees.
