I would like to briefly cover the most significant achievements and developments related to NREC, its subsidiaries and partners.

The establishment of NREC took place during Kuwait’s early developmental period when it strove towards progress and modernization. Our strategy focused on two basic goals; actively participating in pushing the wheel of development, and establishing a strong national private sector which effectively guides the real estate sector in accordance with the trends of the state.

Today, as we are about to embark on our fifth decade, and after accomplishing fruitful achievements and expanding in other GCC, Arab and international markets, we consider ourselves to be the ideal partner in contributing to sustained development plans that aim to improve the societies in which we operate in. This concept has become a main pillar within our strategy and the basis of our responsibility towards society.

All our past and future achievements are made possible due to many partners in success; the personnel at NREC, our shareholders, our customers, affiliated partners and sister companies. We are determined to draw new paths towards constructing of self-sustainable prosperous societies for a better and more comfortable life.
