National Real Estate Company (herein after referred to as NREC) is a Kuwaiti Shareholding Company listed in Kuwait Stock Exchange since 1984. NREC was incorporated in 1973 with an initial capital of KD 5 million, which reaches now about KD 74 million as of December 31, 2007.

NREC is determined to expand its international real estate portfolio and create a name in the international real estate arena. According to this strategy, NREC invested and stepped in to diverse activities, commercial and residential projects with in the following countries:

Iraq, UAE, Pakistan, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Libya and others
